1. 12-Month Money-Back Guarantee On the GroWell Cap

We offer a 12-month money-back guarantee on all GroWell Cap purchases made directly through our official website. This does not apply to purchases made on Amazon or any other third-party platform.

If you are not completely satisfied with your results after 12 months of consistent use, you must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number between day 365 and day 400 from the date of purchase to initiate your return. Once an RMA is issued, you will have 30 days to return the device. 

If you choose to return the GroWell Cap under the 12-month money-back guarantee, a refund of the purchase price (excluding sales tax) will be issued minus an 18% service fee. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a verified error on our part (e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect item).

Please note:

  • This guarantee applies only to GroWell Cap devices, not to our iDerma Mask, GroWell Ionic Hair Dryer, consumables or bundled items. Bundled kits will receive partial refunds.

  • Refunds cannot be processed without an RMA number issued by Apira Science, Inc.

2. 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee On the iDerma Mask

We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee on all iDerma Mask purchases made directly through our official website. This does not apply to purchases made on Amazon or any other third-party platform.

If you are not completely satisfied with your results after 60 days of consistent use, you must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number between day 60 and day 90 from the date of purchase to initiate your return. Once an RMA is issued, you will have 30 days to return the device. 

If you choose to return the iDerma Mask under the 60-day money-back guarantee, a refund of the purchase price (excluding sales tax) will be issued minus an 18% service fee. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a verified error on our part (e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect item).

Return Policy

Return Window

For all Apira Science, Inc. products, returns are accepted within 30 days of the original delivery date.

Condition Requirements

Non-consumable products (GrowWell Cap, GroWell Ionic Hair Dryer and iDerma Mask) must be un-opened or in like-new condition, with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and components included. Consumable products (GroWell Shampoo, GroWell Conditioner, GroWell Supplements and GroWell Topicals) can only be returned if unopened. 

Products showing signs of misuse, damage, or alteration may be rejected for return or subject to a restocking fee.

Restocking Fees

There is a 18% restocking fee for opened or used devices to cover inspection, cleaning, and repackaging costs related to reselling as a refurbished product.

Return Authorization

You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before returning your product(s). Requests must be made within 30 days of purchase.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

If applicable, original shipping fees are non-refundable.
