We will consider returns based on our policy and will issue an RMA # (return material authorization number). Please see the policy below, as further outlined in the Instruction Manual (IFU).
1. If the product has been used, it will not be eligible for a full refund. Partial refunds will be considered due to restocking fees and shipping costs. 2. If the product has been damaged in shipment, file a claim with the carrier and we can help with that. Once the claim is filed and accepted by the shipping company, we’ll arrange to get a replacement product. 3. If the product is not working contact us by phone – Main Office: 949 – 854 – 9900 , or call toll free (800) 424 – 7937. 4. If the product is damaged during use or between uses, contact us to determine if a replacement can be offered under the warranty policy listed in the IFU (instruction manual).
